About Shipping and Handling

We endeavour to ship your products as early as possible. Depending on various factors, the shipping process may take up to 10–14 business days. Depending on availability, we retain the right to cancel any order placed by you. As you place an order, we will make arrangements to ship the product to you; shipping schedules are decided in advance, and the risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered.

The Risk of Loss

Items purchased from this site are subject to a shipment contract; the title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product.

The Return of Products

Vanaveda offers its customers an 'Easy Return Policy', wherein you can raise a return/exchange request for a product within 48 hours of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

Please WhatsApp our customer care number 81301 03002 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Mon – Sat, excluding national/public holidays) or email us at [Insert support email address] mentioning your Order ID, along with a photograph of the product for reference. We will pick up the product within 2–4 business days and initiate the refund or replacement process if it is received unused and undamaged.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Product is used or altered
2. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
3. Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged
4. Serial Number is tampered with
5. If request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery
6. Free product provided by the brand

Categories not eligible for returns: All personal care products (for example, oils, massage oils, roll-ons, soaps, and similar wellness items) are not eligible for returns.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund you the full amount.

Policy of Change and Cancellation

In case of prepaid orders being cancelled, your refund request shall be processed within 7–8 business days after cancellation.

Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, Vanaveda reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to inform you via telephone, email, or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity ordered of any item. In such cases, we have the right to either supply less than the quantity ordered or cancel your order with prior notice.

Replacement Refund Policy

In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be given. We process refunds once products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Wrong Delivery

(Customer received a delivery confirmation message, but the product was not actually delivered): In case you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS but did not receive the product, please report the issue within 2 days of the delivery confirmation for us to investigate.

Reviews, Comments, Communications
